Phone # 623-3604 — Mid May until the fourth of july, Pie-Makers meet on monday morning to start to make and bake pies.
— Also during this time Pie-Makers other than the Monday morning crew to make pies at home.
— When? Banner needs to be hung in front of church.
— Prior to the 4th ( July 2nd ), bakers are needed to bake pies that are not already done.
— July 1st-2nd, volunteers are needed to set up tents, tables, chairs, and canopies.
— Decorating of the serving lines and tables, July 3rd.
— July 3rd, the youth group prepares lemonade, iced tea.
— 4th of July, we need pie servers, ice cream servers, tally takers, pie go-furs for two hour shifts from 9 am until 2 pm.
— 4th of July volunteers are needed to clean tables/chairs during the fourth social.
— 4th of July volunteers are needed to return unused pies back to Parrish Hall and clean tables.
— July 4th, youth group needs to help clean up kitchen.
— 5th of July, volunteers are needed to return tables and chairs to shed, take down tents, and store them.
— 5th of July, excess garbage needs to be taken to dump.
